Harris County Housing & Community Development, in collaboration with Harris County Precinct 4, is seeking community input regarding housing, infrastructure, economic development, environmental conditions, and community resiliency.
A community engagement meeting will be held Wednesday, October 7, 2026, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at the Steve Radack Community Center, Room 115, 18650 Clay Road, Houston, Texas 77084.
Residents are also encouraged to complete the Neighborhood Resiliency Planning Community Survey.
